We never saw our room steward and our bag tags were never delivered. We walked our luggage off and were then charged airline fees we never incurred. All other servers and waiters were wonderful!

Get a balcony room, carry your own luggage at debarment. Much quicker!
Terrible. All our requests were not given. No bag tags or group code given to us. We took our own luggage and walked off which ended up being the best way to go. Then bag fees were charged to our room account!
