Crystal is 95% back. Still need to provide more amenities (umbrellas on deck 12 outside dining, towels on back decks, cushions on chaise on back deck.) These are minor compared to the annoying inconveniences, bad food, poor service on our recent Seabourne and Regent cruises.

Everything was great as we knew that Crystal would provide.

We found this cruise to be extremely enjoyable and relaxing. Staff super friendly and courteous, ship sparklingly clean, newly designed specialty restaurants and Arora spa just gorgeous, housekeeping and butler service flawless. Our Aquamarine suite which had not been refurbished of late, was lovely and well maintained.

Crystal continues to provide a first rate experience. We have done several including Europe and Antarctica, and we always came away very happy with our experience. We have tried other cruise lines, but none have measured up to the quality of Crystal.

Our first Crystal, though have been on 35 cruises. They do many things well - clean ship, great staff, great service, very good food, several dining venues, excellent entertainment. What they can improve on is more menu options in main dining room, better fitness center (get rid of high tech machines for more practical ones like a cable machine), and it's time to build a new ship with bigger rooms. The Deluxe Verandah is just too small for a long trip. And the increase in price for a penthouse wasn't worth it.

Crystal service and food are superb. The cabins are small. They need a new ocean liner.

My party and I loved this cruise. I might suggest Crystal take a good look at its tour operators, but the cruise itself was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the support Crystal gave from beginning to end.

I am convinced that once you go Crystal, you cannot go back. We are looking to book another Crustal Cruise and want to go to South America, but it looks like that is not on the itinerary for next year. So I guess we have to see what else is available. I do prefer the ship tot he other because of Pulse, for the younger, under 75 year old crowd.

You will feel treated on this cruise. The stateroom is comfortable. The restaurant options are plentiful so you'll never eat the same thing twice (if you so choose). The food quality and presentation is top-notch. The day at sea gave us time to use the free laundry room. The evening entertainment programs are different every night. This cruise was a great value.

This was our third Crystal Cruise. The all inclusive makes cruise travel much easier since you do not have to worry about daily tips or keeping track of added charges. The food was very good, and the staff was eager to please. There was a good ratio of crew to passenger. Ports were very diverse and interesting.

The Crystal folks really try to think of everything to make a passenger comfortable. The food and service are excellent and we will be likely to try another cruise with Crystal, even though a prior cruise with Regent may have had better overall excursions.

Our first cruise on Crystal and loved it. Can’t wait for the next one!!!

This was our second Crystal Cruise and wish we could go on one every year. This is the number one cruise line in my opinion

Cruise was advertised as transatlantic dancing cruise. Serenity floor reduced approx 80% during yard period from large dancing floor. Signed up for beginner's classes but stopped after 3rd session due to overcrowding. New configuration so restricted that most cruise dancers are abandoning Serenity for Cunard ships with large ballroom dance floors. Crystal is losing dedicated dancing crowd due to new layout. Do not sell this cruise as a dancing cruise. Some are considering class action suit.

The food, drink, entertainment, staff, ship layout, restaurants, bars and music were all outstanding. Crystal is a Great cruise line.

My husband and I had written off cruises based on our past experiences of feeling nickled & dimes to death, but with Crystal Cruises, it truly is all inclusive and the service is excellent! We were also impressed with the food on our cruise. We were very impressed with the overall experience and will likely be cruising with them again in the future!

Service and communication were far below the standards of previous cruises. We did a river cruise with them last year and were blown away. This cruise was at the opposite end of the spectrum! This was our first Crystal Ocean cruise and it will also be our last!

Had a few problems with the main dining room food. Cabins were clean. The shows were very poor. The speaker was very good. Did not know St. Petersburg was so cold and dark 300 days a year.

Excellent cruise. Smooth and comfortable. Excursions were very good. Issues handled on-board with grace and efficiency.

Excellent service of all staffs. Live shows are really so much fun. Our favorite was the Cruise Director, Gary Hunter - very nice and funny fellow.
