Review summary

Service and communication were far below the standards of previous cruises. We did a river cruise with them last year and were blown away. This cruise was at the opposite end of the spectrum! This was our first Crystal Ocean cruise and it will also be our last!

It makes no sense cause if you had excellent service on a river cruise why did they not fix the experience you had on the ocean? They sound to me like they will go above and beyond to fix most anything, and after you pay 150k they should. Maybe you just didn't say anything about your experience?
