Review summary

This was our very first cruise and we were pleased to choose Crystal. We had an amazing experience and we met very nice people. People were generally very friendly. Frank Popowski invited us to see hi penthouse and I must say it fabulous! I think Frank spoke so highly the cruise line I think you should hire him to do some marketing for you or offer him some sort of recompense or reward!

Simply amazing! They very professional and attentive to details. They were all so polite.

Our maid did an excellent job. We had an issue the and addressed it immediately.

Cabin / Stateroom

The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The size of our cabin was an issue but we can rectify that by upgrading next time.

Ship tip

Go for it and would strongly recommend Crystal. I would suggest that they use Haley as the travel agent. She was impeccable.
