You will love the medallion! Invest in a bracelet or holder for your medallion so you don't have to wear it around your neck. I bought holders that fit on the band of our apple watches that worked great. You can get them on Amazon...it says its' for Carnival, but works fine for Princess medallions!

For cruising in general - take something to do that you love but never get time for (reading, etc. In my case it was coloring) and you'll never be disappointed in your cruise, even if activities aren't to your taste. Plus, always take the ship tours - they are fascinating!

Da Vinci dining room staff were excellent; Micaelango staff rushed the diners to finish their meals.

Do not book the aft section as the plumbing is not working well. Toilets may or may not flush. The management is well aware of the issues. This has been ongoing for months. Customer service in dealing with dietary requests is not adequate and could be dangerous for anyone with a serious issue.

Make reservations in the dining room before going there to avoid lines. Buffets always had lines. If you like coffee/lattes, and plan to drink a lot, buy the punch card. Don't spend the extra money for the gourmet restaurants...food is just as bad.
