Review summary
The toilets on the aft section of the Crown Princess are not functioning properly. Many reviews have been written as well as CNN report back in April of 2013. Unfortunately we didn't read enough and got stuck with the poorly functioning plumbing for a week. The golf simulator also not working and the maitre d in dining is unable to accommodate dietary requests correctly. We have cruised more than 8 times with Princess and this was a disaster. I have recommended and taken friends and family but no more. Unfortunately this cruise line seems to be going the way of Carnival ships. Poorly maintained. Customer service is non existant. What used to be a great experience has diminished to a cheap holiday. Cannot give it more than a one star review.

Ship tip
Do not book the aft section as the plumbing is not working well. Toilets may or may not flush. The management is well aware of the issues. This has been ongoing for months. Customer service in dealing with dietary requests is not adequate and could be dangerous for anyone with a serious issue.
