Family girls trip. This was also a first time cruise for one of my sisters . Overall it was a very nice cruise . ONE big disappointment was the most of the pools didn't have stairs to enter/exit the pool, they did have those laders you only find in the deep end. My family was not able to use the pools due to this and it was very upsetting as it was VERY hot during our trip.

Embarkation and disembarkation were absolutely effortless. Our suite was spotless, and it seemed that someone straightened it every time we left for even a moment. The staff ship-wide is friendly and helpful. The entertainment in the Princess Theater could use a little beefing up, but we were never a loss for something fun to do. My wife and I loved the movies under the stars and the occasional lecture. As we're vegetarians (but not vegans), we hope the vegetarian entree selections increase in the dining rooms. All-in-all, we loved the cruise, the ports, the ship, the staff, immensely.

Amazing cruise in the most beautiful Mediterranean and Aegean setting. Far exceeded our expectations. Crown Princess is a beautiful but aging ship. Carpetting needs replacing in rooms. Service was excellent. Very relaxing.

All the bartenders are rude and lazy except one Canadian bartender who only worked the back bar on the first evening. Food was just OK and the evening entertainment was really poor with the exception of the comedian. Basically it's Carnival Cruise experience with Princess prices.

I hope the cruise line will improve the receptionist department they are the front line of the cruise. They have to educate or give inservice to the staff customer service.

Everything was awesome! Embarkment and disembarkment so easy!!! The staff was welcoming and very helpful! This is a great way to see many places in a short amount of time! Most excursions were fabulous and Princess was receptive to review those that fell short. Plenty to do on the ship even though we chose to rest mostly because the excursions were tiring!

I totally enjoyed this cruise. I relaxed, participated in on board activities, and admired the sights.

We have been in all the Isles we visited. But always there is something new. WE enjoyed the ports. Also we celebrate the Birthday of a person in our party. It was very nice and we will have good memories. We like the Cruise line Princess. We really recommend to take this cruise line to family and friends.

Amazing experience, Princess does an excellent job! So organized, friendly service all over the ship. The dining room food was incredible! Overall very happy with my 3rd princess cruise.

This cruise was better than others but entertainment did not meet our expectations. Taffy were great and we will definitely be back.

We left our below zero weather in Ohio to enjoy the sun and the water. We traveled with friends which was fun too. The sea days and excursions days were perfect; just the right amount. I would consider doing an end of Jan. get away again next year.

This family cruise was ideal for both the fellowship and the relaxation ( much needed). We took advantage of the spa massages and the spa pool area. Only Antigua and Amber Cove were new stops for us. We did not take excursions at the ports we had previously visited but did spend time talking to the locals about their storm recovery efforts. Each of the family members were able to do exactly what they wanted on board, and we all spent far too much time eating. It was an ideal break from our hectic lives.

I hadn’t been on a Princess Cruise before and wanted to compare them to other cruise lines I sail on. I would probably cruise with them again.

do not care to cruise with princess again! most of the passengers are 50 and older I am in a wheelchair cannot walk or stand was not allowed to disembark at port of call why do they not have it a priority for handicap disembarking and cabin accessibility !!

Unless there are the possibilities of: 1) a single passenger's not being asked to pay so much more for the same accommodations as a couple; 2) a passenger's being able to simply navigate the ship's WiFi system; 3) a destination or destinations that REALLY intrigue(s) me with MUCH more time in port than 8-10 hours; AND 4) paying for a drinks package that doesn't have daily maximums that surely ensure a passenger's ALWAYS paying more than necessary; I shall make this cruise my 1 & only sailing with Princess.
