I hope the cruise line will improve the receptionist department they are the front line of the cruise. They have to educate or give inservice to the staff customer service.

Bad experience in the receptionist in the crown princess. We have a back to back cruise from Barcelona to Rome and Rome to Athens the transition from one segment to another is not smooth the receptionist and I talk to the supervisor was poor. Our experience was bad those people in the receptionist area don't know what their doing hoping they can improve their performance so it will not ruin our vacation
