First time on a cruise and WOW what an experience!!!! The ship experience blew me away; food, service and entertainment were awesome. I only wish I had done this a lot earlier. Everyone should experience this way of traveling at least once in their life. I am already planning on my next cruise.

The ship was in great shape and well maintained and very clean.

We enjoyed the crown princess very much. The service was outstanding throughout the ship. Ship appeared very clean. The handicap access areas were the best we have incountered on, royal carribean, carnival, holland americal, and norwegion. My husband does not walk and he scootered around without any problems. We were very impressed with this ship. Stewards were exceptional. We hope to book a cruise on the Oasis for the end of January again with cruises only, we were very pleased with how everything worked out.

I recently sailed on the Crown Princess for the first time, and all I can say is "Wow!" I was amazed at the overall beauty of the ship and all of the things it has to offer. From the anytime dining which provided outstanding food and excellent service to the room service it was truely and amazing experience. This was the first time I had ever sailed with Princess but I plan to cruise with them going forward. Anytime I had a question or concern it was addressed quickly and easily. The entire staff was always friendly and had the can do attitude from the start to the end of the cruise. For someone looking at a step up in travel from the traditional cruise lines I would highly recommend this ship.

Well-maintained ship for a cruise with a bit of cheese factor (e.g. a 4 pc orchestra playing a mix classics for the masses and musical hits.) Caters to a middle-America clientele, with solid efforts on all aspects of hospitality.

I was very impressed about the service on board and the food. It was outstanding on the Crown Princess. The personnel was very friendly and made the cruise an even more pleasant one!

this was our first time with princess. it was not what i expected. its more geared towards older generation. food choices were very limited. room service was so so. entertainment was ok. tours were expensive . dining room service was excellent. norway is the place to visit if u want to see heaven on earth. its lush valleys and picturesque mountains i have not seen anywhere yet. such pure air and water hard to find anywhere now adays. so if u like all that its a must cruise.

1 elevator was out of service the entire trip. there was a lack of activities, mostly shows about cooking and shopping on the islands of all things! over it was just OK, we enjoyed the time together and walking around the ship.

Massive, ugly ship, but handled the 3000 passengers well

My wife and I enjoyed the Crown Princess 15-day Mediterranean/Atlantic trip with thirteen (13) ports of call, better than any other cruise we have taken. Weather was perfect from June10-June 25.

I booked this cruise to introduce my 10-year-old daughter to European cities I had enjoyed as a backpacker long ago and cities I had yet to explore. The itinerary was amazing! Every day was an adventure as we decided to tour on our own instead of taking the pricey ship excursions. Guidebooks, advice from the ship's port consultant (a great feature), and tips from fellow travelers, helped ensure that we made the most of each port. This cruise was a fantastic way to get a taste of many places while still enjoying the amenities and convenience of a great ship. The ship itself was beautifully decorated with plenty of popular public areas. We never felt it was overly crowded, even though it was fully booked. The staff followed the Princess motto of being available, but unobtrusive. Everything was kept very clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and there was a good variety. For post-port afternoon snacks on the pool deck, my daughter loved the grilled food (burgers and hotdogs) and ice cream, and I enjoyed the pizza. We met a lot of great people through the "anytime dining" and liked the flexibility of being able to eat on our own schedule. We never had to wait long for a table. This was our first Princess experience and we will most certainly be repeat customers.

Very impressive - although it is such a large ship it is easy to find your way around. Both elegant and comfortable at the same time.

My overall impression of the ship was good, however I was not impressed with the staff. The waiters and Stewards were good but the activities coordinator's were terrible.

The Ship was nice, smaller than our first trip on a different cruise line. I was suprised at how much motion of the sea we could feel. Yet it did not bother us at all. We loved the pools and the restaurants. The staff were very helpful, fun and entertaining. Wonderful service and organization of events.
