Review summary

this was our first time with princess. it was not what i expected. its more geared towards older generation. food choices were very limited. room service was so so. entertainment was ok. tours were expensive . dining room service was excellent. norway is the place to visit if u want to see heaven on earth. its lush valleys and picturesque mountains i have not seen anywhere yet. such pure air and water hard to find anywhere now adays. so if u like all that its a must cruise.

bricksdal glacier and nordfjords scenic drive. again excellent views and exquisit drive. we rnted a car and drove ourselves.

we did the godafoss fall and the city tour. falls were great and city is beautiful. this one we did the bus tour.

we visted gullfoss falls. a must see. also the strokkur geyser was excellent. thingvellier national park was ok. heard the blue lagoon was also great but we did not have time to do all. we rented a taxi at the port. it was only $450.00 for 4 of us. so it was not too expensive and we could stop where ever we wanted.

it was raining so we could not go upto the mountain to see the view. but bergen downtown is something to see. they have a beautiful park right in the middle of downtown that we enjoyed very much. our stop was not long enough to do much there

we did scenic dr on mt. dalsnibba. the valley view from up there was just like heaven on earth. i wished i could just lived there. so pure water and clean air. we rented a car there and drove ourselves. roads r great. easy to drive. only thing is those cars r manual drive.

we did the trollstigen and valldal. the troll wall was very beautiful. and the scenic view of the western fjords can not be described. i have traveled a lot all over the world but never came across such beauty. its a must. again we rented a car with the driver out side the port for $400.00 for 4 of us. stop where ever we wanted to. had lunch at the road side cafe.
