The ship was clean and very nice. It was also very large but easy to get around once you figured out the layout.

I was amazed at the size of the ship and its varieties of entertainment and services, not to mention its beauty and elegance! This was my first cruise ever and while I have yet to sail aboard another line, when or if I do, I would only hope they can stand up to the Princess line! I have been telling everyone I know who has not cruised to make Princess their 1st experience! I'll definitely be sailing with you again, thank you for a wonderful experience : 0

This was my first cruising experience and it was excellent. The ship was well appointed, the staff was amazing and there was an endless list of things to do!

I have been cruising for 30 years. However, it had been about 8 years since my last cruise. I was impressed by the incredible ship and all of the amenities that were offered.

Overall, the cruise was great! This was our first cruise - we will defintely go again and it will be on the Princess. Our expectations were met.

Crown Princess was a great boat, rooms were fabulous just like a 4 star hotel room, patio deck enough for 4 people or more (level 10). Everthing seemed new on the boat. This boat has two pool areas right in the mid section, large screen for movies at one and the other had outdoor band. There was also additional pools at the rear and further forward but we didn't use. 15th floor was the food buffet open all the time, we used primarily for breakfast. You could only walk around the boat on 7th level and this was closed many times due to waves/splashing. Other people on the boat complained that you could not get around the boat on other levels. The jogging level at the very top was too small to use.

This was my first time on Princess. I have done all the other cruise lines. The ship was very nice. Very clean and wonderful decorator. Food was good. Steak house was very good. The gym facilities were good but could be a bigger space. Had a great hot stone message and very nice massage therapist. Our cabin steward was not always around and our main dining waiter was also very scarce and not that attentive from other ships I have been on. Your overall staff seemed a little cranky and not very friendly at times. Lunch area waiters were very good in the cafeteria area. Loved the islands and all my excursions.

This was our first Princess cruise. We met some very wonderful, interesting people that were also cruising. So many have cruised with Princess multiple times.

We loved the shows and food, singers and dancers, and comedian.

we enjoyed most everything - food was good - crew was excellent - was disappointed in the shows - especially the one that portrayed a lady of the night - wasn't family friendly had great service in the cabin - always clean and timely

This was our first cruise and we were not sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room...we had a balcony room and the spaciousness of the overall ship. Our steward was terrific and overall the staff on the ship was pretty good. We would rate this cruise as 7.5 out of 10. We were not very impressed with the food (except at Sabatinis which you have to pay extra for) and the entertainment was pretty weak.

nice ship and expereince

Ship was very clean. Easy to get around. The Crown Grill was beyond excellent. Crooners was great and served as an excellent venue to see all going on in the atrium. Crew was always helpful and friendly. Problem at embarkation as no one told us early on that there was a special door for Planutium and above to go thru to get special boarding. We were told after we got in a long line. When we returned we were told at last minute that we would be bused to the parking garage as we came in at a different pier. All was very last minute and a mass confusion out side the terminal. Thanks to the 2 lady Princess workers who held and yelled at the porters and other line cutters and got us and another group on the bus since we had waited so long.

It was a beautifl ship in all aspects. the rooms were nice, balcony was nice and all the common areas were so spectacular. It was decorated for Christmas which made it even more beautiful. The shops were nice and all the staff were so pleasent and ready to help all the time. They would take the time to explain things and seemed to genuinely care about you having a great experience.
