Crown Princess was a great boat, rooms were fabulous just like a 4 star hotel room, patio deck enough for 4 people or more (level 10). Everthing seemed new on the boat. This boat has two pool areas right in the mid section, large screen for movies at one and the other had outdoor band. There was also additional pools at the rear and further forward but we didn't use. 15th floor was the food buffet open all the time, we used primarily for breakfast. You could only walk around the boat on 7th level and this was closed many times due to waves/splashing. Other people on the boat complained that you could not get around the boat on other levels. The jogging level at the very top was too small to use.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
restaurant service was great. I heard on other boats the wait service sang songs etc. ours did not but we didn't care, they worked hard to provide you top service. Food was good, seafood perfectly cooked every time.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Entertainment, comedian's, dancers, singers, piano player was "cruise ship" level. We didn't think they were very good. The band that played outside poolside was great. The cruise director staff worked hard, we did the Zumba, and dancing

Everyone was friendly and said hi and tried to help you.
Ship Quality

size of the ship was just right, didn't seem crowded. lots of room for 3000 people to spread out and do what they want. everything was clean.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Room was great, yes the size is small compared to hotel room but I'm not sure what we would do with more room.
We snorkel here also, didn't like it. We were in very deep water and you were too far away from the fish etc. Water was rough and we had a lot of beginners with us which cut the tour short.
We did the snorkel trip which had to be changed due to water conditions. We only traveled in one direction and they took us by bus back to the port due to rough water. Snorkeling was good here also, but they led you around, you couldn't just swim where ever you wanted.
We did the snorkel which was done right near the cruise ship, the boat didn't travel far. Lots of fish, clear water, corral, and staff was professional. You can do you own snorkel just right or left of the cruise port on your own, snorkel from shore for $15. Not much to do around the port other than shopping and bars. The beach requires transportation but we did not do this.
very nice beach to visit, our visit the temp were on the cool side and we didn't swim. be prepared for long lines for the tender boats once the bar/food stop at 1:30. either get in line before this or plan to wait until the last group goes at 3-4pm
