Review summary

This ship is showing signs of its age but i would overlook this if I felt the staff were always trying there best to help. Unfortunately on some occasions this was not the case with staff in all departments appearing to do just enough. Generally great food let down on a couple of times and a very good, if packed, itinerary.

i was very surprised that some of the staff were only prepared to do the minimum required rather than go the extra mile to give an outstanding holiday experience. This is the first time we have experienced anything other than 1st class service on 10 cruises with 3 other cruise lines.

Ship looking bad and they just did a refurbishment back in April of the whole ship. What is some of the stuff looking bad as I was on her at the end of January and we noticed carpet was getting bad and just needed some paint. So maybe they just did some of the medallion addition and changed some restaurants during that time in dry dock
