Princess is very organized. Really good staff. Our house attendant Ariel was the best one we ever had. Our waiters we're very good also

Would have been a 5 except having to pay for soda is insulting. If you have kids or don't drink alcohol it is an expensive add on. It should be free. Also charging for special coffees is bad.all inclusive means that
