Review summary
Since this was our first cruise it would be hard to say what we expected, except that we had high hopes for a vacation that would have a real impact on us. We were not disappointed! The Crown Princess staff and crew were very attentive and helpful, the ship was in great condition, and the stops were well placed.
I would say that it was difficult choosing excursions simply because we didn't really know what we were doing, However, definitely take the White Pass and Yukon Territory Railroad excursion out of Skagway!

Ship tip
Definitely get the balcony room if you can, it was the perfect way to enjoy the cruise with so much to see. The scenery in Alaska is beautiful! Do bring warm clothing since the temperatures hover in the 50-60's during the day and it can be quite foggy!
