Review summary

We have gone on many different cruise lines and had always heard that Princess would rank near the top of our list after using them.  Wrong!  While the staff, everyone from the bartenders to the room stewards were wonderful, the ship seemed run down.  The Adagio Bar and Sabatini's Restaurant were both beautiful rooms, but shook like crazy!  We would have spent more time in Adagio, but the rattle was more than we could stand!  Our room was fine, nothing special.  Our friends had no hot water in their room for one entire day!  Boarding and disembarking were both relatively easy.  Food was average.  The one highlight was the Crown Grill Restaurant.  We ate there twice and the food was very good!!!

All in all, I can't understand why Princesses prices are higher than say Norwegian or Celebrity.  I would probably only use them again if they were the only line serving my preferred destination.

Extremely short stay and there's a little walk to get into town, so plan ahead!
