We were to have a larger balcony. The room had a bed that came down from the ceiling and was hard to sleep on. The bed was in the way when down in sleep position. We were moved to a room at our request that was on the starboard side, but we were moved to a room one deck below the lido deck. There was continuous noise from kids running around at all hours. We should have been advised of the sleeping accomodations, and the potential problems with being right under the lido deck. We were charged $300.00 to move to this room and it was'nt worth what we got or what we had originally booked.
