Great Value for the money. Not many children as much as I love kids I was glad they were not under foot! Food and Drink were great! Changed our dinner seating as we met many nice people and dined with new friends!

Wish they had English movies to watch in cabin and at the theater was nice the televised the superbowl

This cruise was amazing. We enjoyed the Italianate design of the ship and the diversity of the passengers. The food was excellent and the crew was professional and friendly. We would definitely sail on Costa in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and the food. We have cruised Costa before so understood that there would be differences. Many of the things they do is frustrating (no bar service, for example, taking orders from around the pool, bars at the pool not offering full service bars, etc) but we didn't let it ruin our experience. One of the best cruises we've ever taken.

There is only one staff member who was exceptional and worthy of mentioning and that was Juan Zapata (bar tender) He always provided service with a smile and had a pep in his step. All other staff were rude and unhappy. They need to have food open at all times or atleast until midnight! They need to work on some new mixed drinks and better beer for their packages.

International crowd, not too rowdy, enjoying to dress up. Festive ambiance including in the restaurant, particularly on the last night.

Ship was very nice and cabins ample. If you are a foodie you wont be happy. Lots of different languages especially at shows. Friendly staff.

Costa is European and makes it a different experience with accents and the “European way” sometimes meaning that annoying the guests is par for the course. We laughed it off and it was fun. We danced a lot. Not a lot of free games and activities. Pool and hot tubs close at 8 pm.

I find it a big disappointment since this is part of the Carnival umbrella. Shame on Carnival for allowing this cruise line to exist. I would have been OK with it if it had some entertainment, happy workers but there was nothing positive about this cruise. The ports were the saving grace of this experience.

Overall it was a fun family vacation. We are not experienced cruisers and are easy to please, so we went with the flow and enjoyed the experience that happened.

The price basically matches the value. If you like the Italian food, this is the ship to go.

I had expected that the ship might be "worn" but it was beautiful and clean. Mostly Asian service staff with most speaking English. I like the size of the ship, not too large or too small.

Very disappointing. Price was good for a first time cruiser. If I had known poor quality in advance, I would have stayed home, in spite of attractive price. No movies on TV or outdoor screen. Better TV on budget airline.

Been on many cruises and this was the worst. Had really been looking forward to this and was extremely disappointed.

This cruise is my 6 th and it rate as top 2 as for location and value for your money. Clean great food and great staff. If you need something just ask they will accomodate
