Review summary

An amazing itienary with a lackluster ship. It is an Italian budget cruise line so we knew what to expect. But the lack of Italian flair when it comes to food was admittedly dissapointing.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
The terminal was hot and humid, but they got you through very quickly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
No drinks are included in the MDR, not even tap water. Very few Italian dishes for an Italian cruise line (unless you pay for it).

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
Everything cost's extra, even table tennis (you had to purchase the ball used). They had a putting court, but they didn't have any clubs nor balls for it. Retractable roof of the pool never opened even though weather remained at 25 celsius and sunny for the entire cruise.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Lots of opera. Not a lot of language oriented activities

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
They nickel and dime you for everything, but they do it in a subtle manner. Service was good and fast.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship was clean. The layout of the ship was peculiar since you had to walk through the smoke filled casino to get anywhere. But easy to get about.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The cabin was clean enough. Good sized and plenty of storage.

Ship tip

Bring your own ball for table tennis and they won't charge you
