We had a great cabin and balcony off the back of the ship, however we were not able to use our bathroom the first 2 days as there were septic problems that got resolved on day three. Costa should have given us some type of compensation (Free meal or credit)

Cabin was good size. Bed was comfortable. Had an oversized balcony which was nice. Only issue with cabin (and ship overall), was that the AC was not up to snuff for American standards. Would have been fine if only had a sheet on the bed instead of a comforter.

Great ports of call, but sub par cruise experience by bartlesl1

Room was very simple, but well laid out and extremely well maintained. Only problem was that we never could get sound on any of the 3 Costa ship TV stations, despite notifying ship maintenance of our problem. They said it was a problem among many cabins and it was being worked on. They later left a message on our cabin phone to say it was fixed, but it wasn't.

Cabin was great. We were not expecting an upgrade, but given that the ship apparently was not full, the ship must have upgraded a lot of people. The room itself was great and was clean. There was a minor thing in the bathroom where a panel under the sink was held up with what looked like scotch tape.
