the ship itself is beautiful, but it good use a good cleaning, carpeting in halls had numerous stains. Our cabin's carpet had cigarette burns and the tops of cabinet door were dust ladden as where the vents cut into the cabinet containing the mini frig

I felt the line had cheaped-down the food compared to every pther cruise I have been on.

Expectations were not met due to smoking on ship, extra charges for items such as room service breakfast, cappicino after dinner and lack of juices/beverages after breakfast. We enjoyed the ports and the X1 drink program providing wine/beer with lunch and dinner.

The ship was nice but it was not what I expected. It needed more activities and I didn't see the crew go that extra mile like I'm used to on other ships

Clean, friendly

The Costa Atlantica was a European experience. The ship was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The itinerary was very unusual and fun-Konstanca,Odessa,Yalta. Istanbul, Katakolon, Mykonos ,Rome. The service was great and authentic. Food was fine. We loved everything about this cruise and we have been on several.

very good clean easy to go to my room and dineing

This wa a well organized and very comfrotable shipwith lots of amenities like gym, pools, saunas, steam room etc. Spa activities were very high priced clear worth avoiding and waiting to get home for value for service. Decor was over the top, Fellini sets up a carousel in Pompeii style. Lots of music and dance chances with enthusiastic, animated young staff. Staff was very open, polite, caring and service oriented.

the information desk needs new people and maybe management. Had areas roped off to get into line, but the information desk would still help people whom cut in line. I spoke out about it because the people whom waited were getting angry. The lady blew me off and stated that the counter was for everyone, so I asked why they had an area roped off for a line then, I did not get an answer nor help. Also the ports were to short. only a couple of hours in each place, by the time we waited to get off and get back on. They wanted you to be on ship to spend money with them. One excursion was 69 euro a ticket. I took my family of 3 to the same place and back for a 30 euro cab ride. Have more but I am out of time.

The ship was bigger than I thought it would be. Very nice and clean.

Ship was beautiful but it just seemed crowds were everywhere you went and were noisy.

The ship condition was fine---the cruise was terrible

We went over the Thanksgaving week as is a family tradition. We have been on many "U.S" carriers and we were enticed by the Eurpoean flair and kids sail free offer from Costa. It certainly was different that what you would get on the larger cruise lines. The ship itself was nice and well laid out. The intermixed smoking areas were a surprise and not appreciated. The kids area needs inmprovement but with only a total of 150 kids on board it was certainly not the priority.

the ship was clean. the captain shouldn't be allowed to drive a car let alone a ship. the waiters would get fired at McDonalds and the cooks .....well I think they used a campfire and one skillet....NO skills.....and they nor the servers cared....the head waiter was arrogant and only interested in young chicks !! We had NO air in our room, made several inquiries; please note we were very low key & nice about the whoe trip while we were there...that is why it has taken me so long to respond, I have just been festering.

EASY TO GET AROUND THE SHIP. HELPFUL STAFF.

Mostly, everything was well organized, food was good, service very nice, our cabin was more spacious than I expected. Amoung the English speaking guests, there was a lot of camplaints that there was too much foreign language and not enough English. I, However, felt that we were kept sufficiently informed.

The ship was beautiful and clean! Our balcony stateroom was lovely. The shipboard activities were poor - the shows well below par compared to other cruises we've been on. We were unprepared for everything on board being in euros! With $1 US equal to E1.40, this was significant.

Outstanding in every respect!
