Review summary

The ship was beautiful and clean! Our balcony stateroom was lovely. The shipboard activities were poor - the shows well below par compared to other cruises we've been on. We were unprepared for everything on board being in euros! With $1 US equal to E1.40, this was significant.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Seasoning and cuts of meat not to my liking. Some things were wonderful, some others, not worth eating. The buffet was not available after lunch, so it was not an option for dinner. The late seating was at 9:15 and 9:30 pm! So thankful we were able to switch to early (6:45 and 7:00 pm) seating.

Trolley is a great way to see the sights. Loved touring "Old Ironsides" - USS Constitution.

Went to South Street Seaport for theater tickets. Delighted to see "Mama Mia"

Pros: the itinerary was great and there was a young Hungarian violinist, and her pianist, who were the highlight of the crusie! She was fantastic!

Cons: all announcements given in 5 languages
