Will not go on Costa again.

Sail Date: March 18, 2011

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Ship was beautiful but it just seemed crowds were everywhere you went and were noisy.

Pros: Room and Entertainment

Cons: (especially all buffets - Yuk) and not enough space on decks

Recommends Costa Atlantica? No.

Food and Dining
Even the food in the main dining rooms were nothing special but service was great. Much prefer the "anytime dining" to avoid the RUSH into the dining room and the times were not convenient if you took a tour on a stop.
Ship Quality
Just nothing special.
Cabin / Stateroom
The beds were hard and the pillows flat. Size, decor was good and our cabin steward was very attentive. Room service was good and timely. Amenities were non-existant.
Service and Staff
One tour guide "Marc" from Canada went out of his way to ensure great service in English on the tours.
Catalina Island (Isla Catalina), Dominican Republic
Total tourist trap...........didn't get to see anything of the island.
Road Town, Tortola, B.V.I.
Transportation was scary..roads bad and no seat belts...tour was a waste of time and money. Beach was great!
Nassau, Bahamas
Too rushed - not enough time to even see the shops. Very unorganized!
Grand Turk Island
UNEVENTFUL...tour was a waste of time and money
