Review summary

Everything about Alaska lived up to its reputation. Service aboard the Coral Princess was extremely lacking. We appreciated the fact that the cruise line added the all inclusive drink package, but bar and wait staff seemed out right rude because of it. I can't remember one smile or polite conversation the whole week from a bartender. Many outwardly complained about the package. The food experience was also average because of the poor attitude at service. We had a great server at the steakhouse and on one occasion in main dining. Otherwise it was poor.the amenities aboard ship were excellent. We have been on two other cruise lines that offer all inclusive drink packages and we didn't experience any non friendly behavior because of it!
