Review summary

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation up until Thursday evening after dinner when I got deathly ill from food poisoning. It really sucked! I have never in my life EVER been so sick in my life. Completely tore up my insides. We had to miss Grenada all day, and then I was put in isolation (in my cabin) for 24 hours, so I missed the last port and the last day at sea and all the activities and shows. For such an incredible time, I am sadly still paying for it and its been a week after the cruise, I'm still not 100%. Our stateroom and the services were great. I would still cruise again, I just won't be so adventurous to try things like duck tartine in the dining room!!

Food and Dining

Everything was wonderful up until the last two days of the cruise when I got food poisoning!!! Most terrible pain I ever experienced. I would have given a 5 star but I got a terrible sickness from the dinner that Thursday after Barbados. AND I only ate things on the cruise, so it was the cruise food that evening, specifically at dinner that upset my stomach. I was fine until that point.

Onboard Activities

The solarium was my favorite place on the ship

Entertainment

Loved the Andrew McCartney show, Chandelier was ehh ok, and Uptown was good but a little too much joking and needed more singing.

Amazing room, so spoiled! I will never cruise without a balcony again!

Went on the Sights and Sand excursion. Was great, would have liked more time in the French capital for shopping. The french bakery was really great to bring a sandwich and treats with you to the beach.

Roseau, Dominica

Wonderful Jewels of Dominica tour, my favorite thus far. Was a long tour but a great experience to snorkel champagne reef and a refreshing swim in titou gorge. Really great tour guides.

Bridgetown, Barbados

Cave tour was nice.

St. George's, Grenada Did not visit port

I got deathly ill from food poisoning in the dining room, don't eat the duck tartine!

Disembarkation

Was a little bit of a mess. Our luggage was not in the correct place as our luggage numbers. And the fellow there was not eager at all to help us find the bags. There was no sign for concierge class, and there were only two guys for customs. They just kinda let you off the ship and its a little confusing to find the uber but we found it.

Did you have any water or drinks with ice while you were off the ship?

Sorry you got sick. Btw, how do you know how the nachos in San Juan and the bakery in St Maarten were good if you only ate ship food?

Sorry to hear that. Good job it was at the end of the cruise!
