We had a wonderful time despite the bad experience in Curaçao. But the experience with management at the excursion desk will stay with and unfortunately leaves me with a bad feeling toward Celebrity. I expected more from Celebrity, with not only the excursion desk, but the linens the condition of the ship.
Also it was listed that this was our 42nd anniversary and nothing was done for us until it accidentally came up in conversation. It was listed on our paperwork. I expected more based on their advertising.

Buffet was clean and service was good. I found the food was average buffet fair, the fresh pizza and the fresh grilled food was the best.
Main dinning room had excellent service food was mediocre in compared to other cruises. That's why we bought the specialty dinning.
Sushi on five was superior, some of the best sushi we had ever had! Service was excellent! Loved this place.
Tuscany was excellent as well we ate here 2 times the fillet mignon we have ever had, all of the food we had here was superb. Service was also excellent!
We do not drink alcohol so I have nothing to contribute about bar service.

Excluding the excursion desk, all of the staff were fantastic! The excursion desk needs a lot of work on there customer service skills especially the management. I give 5 stars for all of the other staff members.

Size of room and bath was great. Room was spotless and our cabin person Asta was excellent!
Bed was very uncomfortable, bed linens were tattered as were the bath towels. I have turned better bath towels into rags! Some of the wash clothes were like sand paper. Sheets had tattered edges with pieces of torn fabric hanging off of them.
Carpet was coming up in the corners and sofa fabric was soiled and old.
Ship is in great need of upgrading. When we were on our balcony we looked down at severe chipping paint! Paint should be easy and cheep to fix.
Ship tip
Plan your own excursions, the excursion desk has terrible customer service. You cannot trust what is written in the brochure discription, and don't believe it when it says "managers recommended". The manger herself told me that the brother is written in Miami and they don't really know what is in the trips!
Although we had a good time here, we felt this port should have been replaced it was a mess from the hurricane.
We did the Megan beach excursion. Beach was beautiful the park was demolished from the hurricane.
We had an excursion through Celebrity it never met any thing in the discription. Drove us through neighborhoods and gave us prices of real estate! Took us to a dirty noisy beach.
Spoke with the manager in the excursions and was told it was my fault I should have asked more questions at the desk, the discription in the brochure is wrong!
This was the worst customer service on the ship, arrogant and rude. This women has turned us completely off to Celebrity. We did not do any more excursions with Celebrity after this. We connected with outside excursions on the rest of the trip and had a great time.
I would give 0 stars if it let me.
We went through scape, an outside excursion company, it was the same trip offered on ship. It was great we were also given an additional private tour. For $100.00 less then the ship charged.
