We picked Celebrity because of its reputation for being a little nicer and we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed the Aqua class which allowed us to dine in Blu every night. My husband would cruise with Celebrity again just for this more intimate dinner arrangement. We especially enjoyed the sommelier and the host who seated us in Blu. Two previous cruises with other cruise lines were not as nice as this one. We also enjoyed the French restaurant with the specialty dinner with wine pairings. The island stops were ok, we enjoyed the catamaran sails. Snorkeling was not very good anywhere. We did have one shore excursion we did not enjoy. On St. Kitt we signed up for the hike up the volcano. We often sign up for the more physical adventures, but this one was very difficult. The guide kept yelling at people to hurry and was rude. Time at the top was limited to just a minute per person. It was disappointing and almost ruined the trip. We will probably sail with Celebrity again and are already looking at the South American trips

We found the entertainment actually entertaining.

Most were ok, we enjoyed the catamaran/snorkel trips best.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Plan to spend a day or two here at the start or end of your trip.
Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S.V.I. Didn't get off ship due to weather and the fact our excursion was cancelled.
Basseterre, St. Kitts
Volcano trip very difficult even if you are fit and guide is mean.
Roseau, Dominica
Rafting trip was fun and the drive scenic.
St. George's, Grenada
We really enjoyed the catamaran snokel and picnic.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Tip

Make sure you try the specialty restaurants.
