You have to go the Glass Blowing Shows, they are fantastic, but outside so dress accordingly, or get there early to get one of the Supplied Blankets.

Try the variety of food and views in the Ocean View Café. You will really enjoy the attention and service in the Grand Epernay Dining Room. In addition to the excellent menu choices, one waiter and one assistant waiter for just three tables (of six, each) leads to excellent service.

Go to the lounge on top of ship at the front to view the glacier fjords...terrific view and comfortable seats!

Although sometimes crowded, the Oceanview Café offered many options and you could always find a place to sit to enjoy your meal. Since we were the Aqua Class we had the option to eat in the Blu for breakfast and dinner. We reserved the last night for specialty dining at the Murano. Fabulous!

We really enjoyed the unique drinks at the Molecular bar and Skytop Cafe was very good and the lines were short on deck 14.

The dine anytime was great we never had to wait for a table. They know how to handle this better than other ships we have been on in the past. Our waiter Robert was GREAT. Needs improvement on checking in procedure.

The food was great and had many options. We used the dining room for all dinners and were very satisfied. We used the buffet for breakfast and lunches and the options were great. The way they have the buffet spread out you never really had any lines.

Don't miss the Hot Glass show. One of the glassblowers give great narrations while others are making individual works of glass art. There are blankets available when it's cold, so don't let this stop you.

Make sure to check out the Oceanview Cafe' - food, selection & staff were awesome! Take advantage of the "packages" offered by the Photo staff - you truly will enjoy BIG savings!! Don't be afraid to voice any concerns or disappointments to the crew. They'll do everything they can to make it right

Don't use room service unless you're prepared to "ante up" quite a few bucks. It's all extra and not included... and that means the water in your room, as well (our case $6.95 a bottle).

Pack light, for both warm and cool weather. We ended up buying t-shirts to wear because we had packed winter clothes.

Buffet always available to fill the void. Outside dining areas aft of boat. Loved the acre of green grass and the feel of that area. Observing and activities: lawn bowling, wine tasting and glass blowing were fabulous.

Never any lines for dining. Unique buffet layout on deck 14 - it was arranged in a way that allowed for many different stations to choose from, some with the same items present, which made for short or no lines. My husband was really impressed with the exercise equipment on board.

Tip 1. If you do not want Gelato, you can have a warm waffle prepared to enjoy with your Latte or other beverage while in the El Bacheo. No charge for the made to order, hot waffle which needs no sauce and if you are watching your calories, a great treat!
