Le Petit Chef at Silk Harvest

Very disappointing. Nothing like the one we saw on Constellation. We booked 2 on this cruise because we wee told the show was changing. Well the second one was HORRIBLE. The chef is not animating cooking your food, He is telling his "story". It is MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING when he is preparing your dish and the waitstaff brings it to you.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Ship was clean. But rust everywhere. Worn out fabrics and broken drawers in room and bath. Closet did not slide correctly.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Room was clean. Linens are tired, Decor is VERY TIRED.

Ship tip

Entire ship need upgraded. Not a lot of entertainment options on board, especially on a cold or rainy day/night on an AK cruise.

Oops sorry 😞 thanks

Thanks for your comments. The ship is indeed a bit old, but as I can read from many other shipmates, its well maintained and clean. Perhaps you were expecting too much for the price you paid or because this was you first cruise. Try a new ship, you'll get brand new this, brand new that, but it will cost you, all things being egual, alot more...

“A bad day at sea beats a good day on land” spoken like someone who hasn’t been at sea very much lol

Thank you for taking the time to share your cruise with us. Sorry the ship was not up to your standards. Just remember even a bad day at sea beats a good day on land.
