Review summary

This is my third Celebrity Cruises and it just did not seem the quality of the others Celebrity appears to be marketing to a different clientele. We found housekeeping and food and beverage to be disorganized.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Aqua class dining room was excellent. Guest services were not trained and didn’t know what they were doing. Same is true the rest of this to half, it just appeared no one was trained or geared towards excellent service

Lack of sunlight or sunny days all clouds, grey sky has a huge effect on our mood as guests and I’m sure cruise ship employees are affected to same. If your only day off was a wet, rainy, grey cold day...just got off the NCL Joy...our first ever NCL, never felt that marketing “found your hallelujah”

I’ve read similar comments this month for other Celebrity Alaska cruises. Wonder what is going on that the experience is so far off the norm right now on the Alaska sailings??
