Embarkation

We had the worst experience check-in from Canada Place, it took us over 4 hours to get on board (We all hold U.S. passports going to Alaska). The whole process was so unorganized, we had been in 5 different cruises in Florida and 1 cruises in Singapore, Canada Place by far is the worst port ever. We arrived at 11:30am and we did all the online self-check-in, and it still took us over 4 hours to go through the whole check-in process. By the time we got on board, we were all call for a drill immediately, and even the staff has checked us in, we were called multiple times that we missed attending the drill. And by the time we finished the drill, there was another long line to get food in the cafe area, and we didn't eat our lunch until 4pm (Normal check-in should take less than 2 hours especially we arrived at Canada Place at 11:30am, and had already check-in online, which should give us plenty of time to eat lunch on the ship). I hope all these are really because this is the first cruise of the season, but this definatley ruin the excitement of the whole trip.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The food was better that we expected. We have been on both Oasis and Allure of the Sea from the sister company, and Solstice by far has the best food.

Ship tip

All the show were good, but would prefer different varieties of broadway show/vocal show instead of continuous of comedy shows.
