Review summary

I was not happy with this cruise line or the agent who help us. They over charged us by $2,000 and had our reservation under the wrong name. When I called the agent to get it fixed, she didn't even return my call. It was like she made a sell and she didn't want to deal with us. If I had to do this again I would not call this company or this agent to get any trip booked.

I'm an agent, we usually can do more for you than getting a different person every time you contact the call center. I'm sorry your agent didn't do her job. Like all professionals there are good and bad in every industry. I have almost continued, repeat clients, and there's a reason.

So sorry, did you use a Celebrity agent or online or independent? Don't understand how you could be charged $2000 more or wrong name, which to perfectly match your passports.
