Review summary

This is the second time we have cruised with Celebrity, and second time we were on the Solstice.  Such a wonderful cruise and ship.  Captain Yanni and crew keeps everyone well informed of every detail that is going on with the ship.  That is much appreciated and very comforting.  Our balcony cabin was absolutely perfect and the buffet and dining room once again proved to be terrific.  Our cabin steward and dining servers were the BEST!  We would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone!!

Our balcony cabin was wonderful. Nice and clean all the time, every single day. Our cabin stewards were terrific!!

Ship tip

Whether you dine at the buffet or strictly the dining room, you won't be disappointed. We enjoyed both every day.

Ports of call

Seattle, Washington

We didn't have alot of time, but after spending the night at the The Roosevelt prior to our cruise, we were able to take a city tour. Since we had never been to Seattle it gave us a little taste of life there and why we need to go back there some day and see more sights.

Ketchikan, Alaska

What a great port. Lots of interesting history. We took the Duck Tour and had such a blast. Our tour guide, Rene, was just so much fun.

Cruise Tracy Arm Fjord, Alaska

Going through Tracy Arm Fjord was pretty much my favorite. The scenery is just breathtaking! I was snapping photos constantly, but even the all the photos don't do the views justice. I would definitely recommend having a balcony cabin. We rolled out of bed at 6am, went out on our balcony and experience the most beautiful blue icebergs imaginable!

Juneau, Alaska

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We took the photo whale watching excursion. Even though the weather was cold and rainy, we still enjoyed every minute. We hiked to Mendenhall Glacier and then went whale watching. I would do this again and again.

Skagway, Alaska

Very interesting and quaint little town. Reminded us of a way back Dodge City. We did a city tour here and loved it.

Victoria, British Columbia

Absolutely beautiful place! We did a bus tour and were in awe at some of the homes, parks and views. We are definitely putting Victoria on our bucket list to spend more time there.
