Great ship! Have been on 5 Celebrity ships. None have disappointed!

Outstanding experience that our entire enjoyed. Exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier with the experiences.

Our 3 generation family of 10 sailed on the Reflection. Verandah cabin, dinner in the main dining room. Enjoyed all our dinners, found the food and variety in the Ocean Cafe more than satisfactory, ship in great shape, service in the dining room and cabin excellent. Grandkids enjoyed the kids’ club activities and special attention given them by the staff. Entertainment was ok, not great. Wifi was slow and a bit aggravating. The 10 of us enjoyed every moment of our week onboard. No specialty restaurants or drink packages because we save quite a bit and love to travel as often as we can. That being said, it’s great that there are so many options available to everyone as far as special packages and cabin types. This was our 16th cruise (supposed to do a 10 day in April, 2020) and our first since Covid. My advice - enjoy all the positives and don’t sweat the small stuff!

It was all great until the last day when it took us over 40 minutes to get on an elevator, Watching people fight to get on the elevators with all their luggage. we missed breakfast had to go up to the cafe where they ran out of silverware, had no coffee and then the lines down in the terminal were awful. Poor final item to remember it. We thought Miami was bad but this was much worse.

We’ll be back again as soon as we can, for this boat or the beyond.

Overall a great cruise experience. The Reflection was a great ship. Just a few items that need slight improvement as I mentioned in individual comments above. We plan to cruise again with Celebrity in the near future.

Our cruise experience was absolutely wonderful. Met some great people. Food was wonderful.

Loved this cruise and Celebrity Reflection staff. Great service, great performances, and for tours, hope they will offer more selections next time. Would like to see Celebrity Reflection go on other ports besides Caribbean. Would sail with them again!

Very nice cruise Great islands visited weather was very nice

This overall is a good cruise, if you care more about the onboard experience. I have been on 3 cruises and these ports were not great to visit at all. I just want to tell Celebrity: When you are considered the "top-notch" cruise line, do not charge your guests for everything like specialty coffee and martinis and definitely don't charge for room service! Although this was not a lot of money charged to me, it ruined my all-inclusive cruise experience. I would have rather paid more for the cruise.

Service was subpar compared to pre Covid. Staff were very short handed. I have been on 9 previous cruises. This cruise and the Norwegian Dawn were my least favorite. I had heard from so many that Celebrity was an excellent cruise line. This did not come through on our cruise. We were traveling with first time cruisers who said they would probably never do another. Shame.

Overall a very good cruise. Very relaxing and slow paced. Highly recommended for people that want just to lay back and relax. Would not recommend for anyone with an active life style and for those with children.

We had a wonderful time, the ship is beautiful, the staff are excellent and the food was delicious!

food can be better with more variety in main dinning hall

Its necessary more activities for Young people between 18 to 26 years. Aldo more food variety dinner. Would be Nice have Male Singer.

Amazing experience, friendly staff, clean and organized

Nice cruise if you just want to relax, read, nap. Not a ton to do on this ship. Great bar staff. Nice ports of call.

the ship has gone down hill I have been on this ship 8 time this was the worst food in the opus dinning room was very bad

Fabulous time! Everything went well from the time we boarded the ship to the time we left. The only let down was the beach trip to St. Johns where there was not enough time on the beach.
