Paid extra for concierge service and our person was out sick for a couple days. Had to call for service. Was offered a bottle of wine for lack of service and when I told her I didn’t drink wine, nothing else was offered. The best was Howard in main dining room.

Old ship. Rooms small and so were the pools. I sat somewhere and didn’t notice I sat in something until returning to room. White shorts now have a permanent stain.

Small room, concierge service was not worth it. Didn’t get the service that was required.

Don’t expect over the top service or entertainment.
Not what is used to be. Wish I would have done a beach excursion as we were taken to public beach and it was awful. The women’s bathrooms were all plugged up and no toilet paper.
We did not get to go. Do not know why as we were not provided an explanation. Just floated around all day. Became a at sea day and nothing was open until later.
one problem, for some reason they shot down one elevator on ship so when you have everyone trying to get off it made it a little slower to get an elevator. They wouldn’t let you take escalator with 2 bags, made you wait for 1 elevator with over 3000 people, really!
Sorry you didn’t enjoy the ship. I was just on the symphony of the seas . Never again. 1700 kids running around unruly and no supervision. No entertainment, food was just okay. I enjoy celebrity for the more mature people.
Everyone has an opinion, we were just on Reflection, the ship is not Old. Summit, Millenium, Constellation and Infinity are OLD. We found the food to be just fine. I honestly don’t know what some people expect. If you want a new ship experience, then pay the new ship price.
Cruseships usually shut down an elevator on debarking to use for getting all the luggage off the ship. Most people understand and appreciate having their luggage waiting for them when they get off the ship. Celebrity is a very good cruiseline. You just picked a wrong ship. You didn't enjoy the ports either. Maybe you just weren't in the right frame of mind to enjoy anything.
