Booked concierge to have some perks. Had worse service in concierge than I have had in regular balcony rooms. Towels were thin and I would not have purchased them from a thrift store. Never got the keychain or card holder that was to be left in the room. All cabins received a necklace, had to ask for mine. Afternoon canapes were warm and gross. Embarkation lunch seemed more like a dinner menu, very heavy. I have been on 7 cruises and I can honestly say, this was the worst one. Too many specialty restaurants, so the buffet is very crowded. I am truly trying to find something positive about this cruise. Guess it was the first night when we celebrated a friend's birthday in the Tuscan Grille. Atmosphere and food were great. All downhill after that.
Embarkation

Parked at terminal and walked right in - not much waiting
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
1 out of 5
Ship seemed small, especially the pools. Too many specialty restaurants. Buffet was full of kids grabbing their own food and touching everything!
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Only thing to really do during the day at sea was the casino. The 2 small pools were full of kids and murky water. Teenagers were in the solarium, also not the cleanest water. Do they clean their pools??
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Entertainment was somewhere to go at 9pm, but nothing I could not have missed.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Service in dining room was great with Howard and his team. Room steward never finished room when we got there and disappeared for 2 days. Had to go to Guest Relations to get our room cleaned.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Ship was clean. Would have been better design if there was a pool and area designated for children. Also more eating areas that were not up charge.
Cabin / Stateroom

Room seemed to be the smallest balcony room I have been on. Have cruised with Royal Caribbean and Princess. Cleanliness was hit and miss.
Ship tip
I would not sail on this ship again, pools too small.
Don't expect to walk off the ship and go to 7 mile beach anymore. Ended up at public beach and it was awful! Couldn't see the water because of all the umbrellas, and the women's restroom was NASTY! Book an excursion, plus you will be first off the ship!
If you did not have a hand free to take the escalator, you had to take the small elevator. I understand the reasoning, but there has got to be a better solution.
I've sailed on her twice. Last time was March 2nd.
Almost everything you said was not my experience. But The 3 points of contact on the escalator was true.
