Review summary

We purchased the drink package and internet package for all 4 traveling. Cruise ship and travel agent had different information. Had to worry about getting what we paid for - for the entire trip! Was not a good experience. Our room attendant Eddie was amazing and Carlton in the dining room was awesome. Not enough pools for the crowd during spring break. Should offer different sizes of pictures not only 8x10 ... too big!

Not happy that there was no elevator on the Aft of the ship. Common areas were clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

Outside Cabin with balcony for 4 (2 adults, 2 children) was too small. Back of ship made the room hot - called maintenance but they couldn't fix the problem . Couch made into a bed with a trundle bed that left NO ROOM TO MOVE. Had to put small coffee table & desk chair out on the balcony for whole trip.

Ship tip

Pick another ship or cruise line ... Felix Welcome the Customer Service Director - very rude. Not enough picture options (none taken getting off and on ship at different ports). Should offer different size pictures - not everyone wants all 8x10 (should offer 4x6 or 5x7).

A balcony cabin may technically be able to sleep 4 people but it’s not going to be spacious at all with 4 people. Glad you still managed to enjoy parts of your cruise!

We did same ship and run on Feb 25th sailing. Agree pool area could use more seating. We were on a full ship, no kids though. Food was excellent, cabin was excellent, no complaints other than the Sommelier was run off his feet to the point our entrees arrived before our wine
