I'm really not for traveling with as many as 3500 other passengers, however Celebrity handles such numbers very well. The crew is very personable and welcoming. Our only poor experience was in having dinner in the Olympic Dining room, where the service was so incredibly slow. It took 4 hours t serve our dinner, with no explanations to why the interminable delays between courses. On the other hand, we had a marvelous time at the Qsine dining room with a charming group of personnel who had a great time showing off the concept of their dinlng room.

Pools need supervision, kids a problem. Restaurants advertised were not available

Ship seems rundown especially since it was supposed to be recently refurbished. Cabin numbers falling off of doors, intercom not working in stateroom, misc details not being paid attention to. Little details that you find on other cruise lines were deeply missed - animals made from towels, after dinner liqueurs, nightly greetings from the Maitre D. This attention to detail goes a long way for a passenger. The food was below expectation. The buffet was bland and was the same day to day which is mundane for a 15 day cruise.

See above. In addition, there was much confusion as to which restaurants we Sky Suite passengers could eat in and in which we could not and what cost was in each. Got 6 different answers from various front desk, phone and butler as to dining in Blu!! Our cabin had food on floor and spa appt. cards for previous occupant when we arrived. One bed \"tilted\" to the side - difficult to sleep in. Deck was never cleaned nor was dirty, moldy water vacuumed up from deck trough. Ugh! First night out was much confusion in dining room and some food items not available. We sailed on Royal Caribbean in Feb. and our room was much nicer, much bigger and staff and ship seemed better organized. Your website was terrible - heard comments on that from many passengers. It took me 4 months to get the 3 couples in our party to get late seating at same table in Metropole Restaurant because each family booked through different agent. Get that straightened out and let Celebrity do the booking!!!!!

The ship is very pleasant. Some of the decor is avant gard, but pleasant nevertheless. The deck on level four provides a nice space to walk with some cover. The stateroomsarecomparable to other Celebrity ships. Our balcony cabin had a wider balcony. There are a few cabins in this ship with such larger balconies.

Ports were great as long as you were taking tours. I highly recommend the \"Humanitarian tour\" in Guatemala - you get to help an extremely needy school and then see beautiful Antigua. Loved seeing the canal (which I wasn't expecting). Was a bit disappointed with some aspects on board - but Celebrity is still my favorite line.

The service on the boat was poor. Check in canda was a mess. The check in very unorgainized. Next, my picture was put on another mary nelson seacard and had go customer service times. I had had my picture retaken. My travel partner had her card inactive and had go curomer service to reactive the card. The room was small and linen had stain and bedspread was torn.We had ask several times for ice. The roon service was poor. We were not informed that cruise was 75 years old and over and entainerment was for that age group. Fred klatt and martini bar only good thing about the cruise.

Loved our first cruise and appreciated the staff's friendly and helpful manner. The daily news was useful. Lots of activities available to choose. Liked all the shows---high energy, great dancing and costumes. A variety of talent showcased. Cruise director very good as well. Our waiter and assistant waiter both excellent. We liked the dining room experience and the brunch was amazing. Mostly used buffet for other meals and found it quite good.

My parents and I had a great time and the view was specular.

good itenary, good food, main dining service kind of slow (not the waiter but the kitchen) the cafe staff very unprofessional.........

We love the attention of every member of the staff, everybody was really friendly and helpful, they achieve their \"treat you famously\" 100%. We felt super spoiled and thankful!!!

Loved the ship.l Plenty of room to move around at the glacier. Everyone had a great view and was able to get from deck to deck to take pictures and see the glacier. Entertainment was great. Food was good. Service was excellent. The times in port was why we choice this cruise. This was our 10th Alaskan cruise, and our 5th Celebrity cruise.

This was a fantastic itinerary with a great ship and staff!

very nice overall

The ship was very clean, well kept up and well run. Unfortunately, the weather (rain) made it almost impossible to use the outside deck and there were not enough activities that my wife and I were interested in during sea days.

The ship was confusing at first, but after the first day, we understood the ways of the ship. Comfort was good, crew excellent. Our concerns were addressed. The events were varied, fun. Overall, the cruise was a wonderful experience.
