The ship was confusing at first, but after the first day, we understood the ways of the ship. Comfort was good, crew excellent. Our concerns were addressed. The events were varied, fun. Overall, the cruise was a wonderful experience.

Pros: Customer assistance\, the employees of the cruise line\, were excellent\, helpful\, friendly

Cons: I really cannot say at this time - except for the company owned stores at the cruise stops. Too commercial.
