Review summary

The service on the boat was poor. Check in canda was a mess. The check in very unorgainized. Next, my picture was put on another mary nelson seacard and had go customer service times. I had had my picture retaken. My travel partner had her card inactive and had go curomer service to reactive the card. The room was small and linen had stain and bedspread was torn.We had ask several times for ice. The roon service was poor. We were not informed that cruise was 75 years old and over and entainerment was for that age group. Fred klatt and martini bar only good thing about the cruise.

entertainment was for 75 yrs and older. We did not know that was age of the cruise when we booked it. Fred klatt was only good part. Bingo only twicw when on other cruise it was daily.
