See above. In addition, there was much confusion as to which restaurants we Sky Suite passengers could eat in and in which we could not and what cost was in each. Got 6 different answers from various front desk, phone and butler as to dining in Blu!!

Our cabin had food on floor and spa appt. cards for previous occupant when we arrived. One bed \"tilted\" to the side - difficult to sleep in.

Deck was never cleaned nor was dirty, moldy water vacuumed up from deck trough. Ugh!

First night out was much confusion in dining room and some food items not available.

We sailed on Royal Caribbean in Feb. and our room was much nicer, much bigger and staff and ship seemed better organized.

Your website was terrible - heard comments on that from many passengers.

It took me 4 months to get the 3 couples in our party to get late seating at same table in Metropole Restaurant because each family booked through different agent. Get that straightened out and let Celebrity do the booking!!!!!

Band too loud and much of music was unfamiliar to we \"oldies\". Plan your shows around nostalgic music!

Often gave incorrect answers as to dining at different venues. Your ship's policies don't seem to be clear.

Pros: Itinerary and Ports of Call - wonderful speciality restaurants (Blu\, Qsine and The Olympic) - Days at sea - Celebrity Theatre Entertainment (jugglers\, magician\, Celebrity Dancers\, - Solo Singer (Kristein?))

Cons: Celebirty orchestra TOO LOUD! - stateroom semi-dirty when we checked in - cabin staff and cleaners had habit of knocing on door and then entering immediately without waiting to see if someone was in room. Complaint all along our corridor. We had to resort to locking our doors while inside.

Recommends Celebrity Millennium? Yes!
