Entertainment

5 out of 5
The entertainment was exceptional. The stage shows were broadway worthy.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service from the staff, crew & officers was phenomenal. I stated to the maitre’ D how I enjoyed a dessert on the menu but didn’t see it on the menu the next night. I was told different desserts were prepared for each night. However, when I went to dinner the next night, the dessert I enjoyed had been prepared for me.

We were cruising while going thru the Hubbard Glacier. The captain got as close to the Glacier as safety allowed. The beauty of it all was awe inspiring.

The process was very slow. Once we retrieved our luggage, there were no porters available. A port staff person called for porters to come to the area and 3 showed. There was a line of people who needed porter assistance.
