Service was top notch. Food was ok, see a decline in quality. Thresholds were brother some for someone using a wheelchair or walker. We upgraded from previous cruises and thought the room was still a little small. needs customer service update. Susan was unavailable after we books and paid-any received one piece of mail from her company. Never got luggage tags, air tickets, etc. After traveling for over 25 years the lack of service was very noticeable. We will not used again. E MAIL WE DID RECEIVE a e-mail STATING A $400.00 CREDIT FROM THEM WAS BEENING SENT TO CELEBRITY. Never received and the E- mail asking about NEVER that answered !!
