Review summary
First cruise and unfortunately alone for this time, but it was still possible to have a great time. The cabin was an ocean view stateroom on deck three. Very comfortable and well located away from traffic. The ship was not too big or too small with excellent facilities. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Only used the restaurant once as it is uncomfortable eating alone; rest of the meals at buffet (Ocean View Cafe). The food there was excellent and varied. The scenery was spectacular and there was a mixture of weather from stormy to sunny. The stops at Alaska ports were well timed and organized.

Ship tip
Outdoor pool was cold but invigorating. The jogging track on level 11 was used but it was best early in morning before most up. The entertainment was aimed for older crowd but of high quality.
