Review summary
Overall, the cruise was nice. We have cruised with Celebrity 5 times so far and this particular cruise was in the middle of the pack. Alaska was a great place to visit. Got to see some exotic animals in their natural habitat and the Alaskan landscape is beyond amazing! The Millennium ship itself was good overall but we found the on-board activities to be rather sparse compared to other Celebrity cruises and the ship itself could use some repair and refurbishment. The one thing that we found most disappointing was that Celebrity had given us a $200 On Board Credit which was clearly noted on the final invoice we received before our travels. Once we were on-board and AFTER we had spent the credit amount on some overpriced spa services, they suddenly informed us that our OBC was actually only $100 and we were left to pay the additional charges. We spoke to Guest Services who did nothing to resolve this issue. This hardly seems like the right way to treat frequent cruisers! While we still like Celebrity overall, we will be much more careful with them in the future to assure up front that they will actually deliver what they promise.Ship experiences

Ship tip
Verify the real amount of OBCs before you spend them on their overpriced services. Don't trust what your Celebrity invoice says.
