Review summary

AA cruise consultant screwed up my cruise. I reminded her several times over the time that I initially booked to final payment that I wanted tips, beverage and wifi included in the package so that I didn't have to worry about them. When I boarded I was informed that I did not have any of those perks. Called , found out that Drika my cruise person was no longer with AA. Very disappointed in the service of AA. Not sure I would book again with American, since the number of miles may not be worth the aggravation of having a cruise that wasn't what I expected. I have been a long time American customer and this was almost the worse experience. I expect my miles to be posted soon. If you would like to reach out to me for further explanation please email me.

Celebrity will include all of these if your purchase their All Inclusive perk. The Retreat, I believe, had these included with the upper suite class.

Luxury lines like, Regent Seven Seas, will include all those things as part of the fare. Perhaps that what they should look into for the future.

So am I understanding that you’ve marked the ship and cruise in general down due the poor service from your travel agent?

I don’t know of any cruiselines that would have tips, beverages and WiFi all included. Maybe 1 or 2 but not all 3. And I believe the travel agent cannot offer it, it comes from the cruiseline.
