Crew works very hard and always greeted us. This was our second cruise on the Infinity but if was supposed to have been refurbished since then. Now it is overdue for refurb or retirement.

Main dining Food ok, service slow but got a lot better as time went on. They apologized and did better.
Buffet ok, but self serving was a bit too soon with pandemic.

Library selection of books and games very poor 1 out of 10. Very poor selection on tv, no guide, few current movies 2 out of 10. Wi-fi BAD! constant dropped connections, lost ability to login to some websites, messages and apps, really hard to connect. Shame on Celebrity!

Main theater Entertainment not up to standards on other cruise ships, interesting because the ship musicians, singers and dancers were very good but the content of the main shows was poor as were the “guest” entertainment .

Very good room attendant . Time for 3 special events was 5:15 and our early dinner time was at at 5:30, we told them but did no good, very bad Celebrity!
Ship Quality

The ship looks tired with sloppy paint on most windows. Signs good, elevators good. We will avoid the celebrity millennium class ships from now on.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin good. Loved the location. Need more electrical outlets, love the bathroom nightlight but NO outlet for electric razor! Balcony railing and glass has paint and dark scuffs on it that spoil the view a bit. Wi-fi bad everywhere.
Ship tip
If you want to go to the special invited events for Captains Club go for late dining :-(
Noisy industrial dock area, nice cruise port area with lots of shops. We had the huge pool to ourselves for a long time and it is very nice! 4’ deep in center with a very large area around most of the pool at 4” deep. But pool lacks easier access with only one place to get in-out with steps or else a 3’8” drop. 7 out of 10
