Review summary
The cruise was very entertaining and beyond our expectations. This is the 3rd time I'm make The reservation through American Airlines but this is The Last Time. They promise me 2 perks: $300 onboard & Internet package which I didn't get & had to pay additional $287!!! I asked for a handicap veranda cabin & she never bothered to ask for it & we got the lowest veranda cabin very far away from the elevators. Julian promise me the early dinning-- we ended up eating at the buffet It was my birthday & she said we'll get a bottle of wine & fruits - GOT NOTHING! Before the cruise started I called her 4 times - nobody got back to me. need to check the complain & learn how to treat their loyal AADVANTAGE members.Embarkation
