Review summary

The good:

Friendly and helpful crew. Loved the smoke-free casino!  Bill Fall was outstanding!  Fabian and Hery in MDR were great.  Errol the bar manager was wonderful.  Eric Buss hilarious.  Food was quite good--loved the separate veg. menu.  Food in buffet very tasty.  Comfortable, nice sized cabin with excellent attendant, Luis. Captain's Club perks are great. Daily news sheet nice. Martini bar staff hilarious and fantastic! Food and organization in Oceanview cafe very good. Loved the art glass nightlight in bathroom.

Needs work:

Breakfast and lunch in MDR were disappointing--food cold and service mediocre.

Need to post times for seeing lectures on TV.  Need to show movies in handicapped accessible venue.  There were several movies we would like to have seen, but deck 12 was inaccessible--complained to Damian, but were told no other spaces were available--how about Gamma room?  How about showing them on the TV?  Figure it out!  Make periodic announcements during Canal passage narration for people to be polite and not talk loudly, especially in Constellation. Future cruise staff needs way better training.  Seemed to be working from a script and unable to answer questions satisfactorily and unwilling to get those answers from a supervisor. Assure that shore excursion operators use coaches appropriate for older passengers--kneeling busses or extra step and first 4 rows designated for handicapped.

People running shuttle to airport very rude  and told lies about taxi service--we almost notified police.  Person at entrance to Global Entry line very misinformed. May not be a Celebrity issue, but unfortunate way to end the cruise.
