I espeically liked that the stairs were a different color carpet than the landing carpet. Made stairs easy to see, and not trip or fall. Ship very clean. Boarding and exiting were quick and well organized. Security well trained and very polite Staff excellent

We sailed on the Celebrity Equinox to the Holy Land. This was our 10th cruise and by far the best. We loved the ship, the ports, and most of all the wonderful people we met.

For a ship of this quality to not have outstanding speciality restaurants and excellent main dining is a shame...otherwise, the ship was great. One recommendation is too make sure smokers are aware of the very limited opitions to enjoy their habit--especially cigar and pipe smokers. They almost forced you to smoke in a life boat towed behind the ship! They could have improved the shore excursions and eliminate the special buying stops for handicrafts and wine unless specifically directed to that kind of shopper.

Loved it... First time on and I am hooked on cruise ship.... Can't wait for my next one.... We got such a great deal on ... If u heard what some people paid for it you will smile.... Many people overpaid...so we were lucky...

This was a trip of a lifetime on the best cruise line possible. The entire staff was always available to provide the finest service possible. The food was outstanding, the ship was spotless and the opportunities to take part in all the activities was amazing.

Having cruised many times on many other lines (Holland America, Norwegian, Princess), this was by far the BEST line we've been on. The Celebrity Equinox is an amazing ship with a great staff. Although there were many kids onboard, there was a separate, adult-only solarium/pool area. Entertainment was mediocre.

This is a beautiful, first class ship. We had a stateroom with balcony, which couldn't have been more comfortable. The food was excellent in both presentation and taste. There was so much to do every day, even days at sea were packed with activity. The staff was courteous and kind. I would definity cruise on Celebrity Equinox again, but never in the summer because of so many unruly, dreadfully rude children who ran wild. There were many children with no apparent adult supervision. You had to watch your step because they would run into you and cut in line. That factor was completely unexpected. Also, it was very hard to find an empty deck chair as people would stake them out early by placing items on the chairs to hold them. My daughter and I had to walk around and around the pool area hoping someone would vacate a chair. I don't know where some people's manners have been left, but there were clean towels out on the swimming deck, and people would come and grab a pile of towels, so that at the end of the day, there were no clean towels left. Here's another heads up. The Celebrity contract discloses that each person is charged a stated amount per day for tips (depending on the level of the room). We paid $11.50 per person per day. What they don't tell you is that anything extra that you purchase, for example drinks or spa services, they add a manditory tip around 10% and then have the gall to add another line for a discretionary tip on top of that. The person who gives you your ticket to sign usually stands over your shoulder, and you feel cheap not adding more. We had never been on a cruise before, and sometimes it seemed that there was another more privileged sub-world on board. They were invited to various Captain's receptions and qualified for the specialty dining area, like Blu. I still don't understand who gets to eat there.

A new ship that has a lot to offer. The layout of the ship was outstanding. It was easy to find things and get around without any confusions.

My daughters planned a cruise for myself and my wife's 50th wedding anniversary. From the time we got to the dock to the end of the cruise, we were treated extremely well. My wife and I must have heard happy anniversary the whole time we were on the ship. We were presented with an anniversary cake at dinner. In our cabin, we were given each pen sets for our anniversary. We couldn't have asked for better from our daughters or Celebrity. I can not write enough how well we were treated. The trip was outstanding and we will never forget how much fun we had and what lasting memories this leaves for my wife and myself. Thank you Celebrity and my wonderful and generous daughters.

Wonderful sparkling ship. with every amenity one could wish for or imagine.

The ship was very comfortable and a smooth ride. The ship was immaculate and the staff at all levels were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The cabin was maintained well and the steward staff very accomadating.

A wonderful cruise. Our best ever, we loved the southern Caribbean.

We could do this trip repeatedly! A good mix of port days and sea days. I think of it as therapy.

Good to be back cruising, but the industry is having cash flow issues and is cutting corners. Hopefully this is a temporary situation.

Great cruise and had a wonderful time just a few glitches, and wish the ship was completely refurbished.

Based on my experience with Celebrity as a 1st time cruiser I am not sure if I would go again. 🙁

Once again, celebrity showed us why it is now our favourite cruise line. Service food, and all the people working on the ship make it amazing.

Going on a cruise was, by far, the coolest thing I've ever done for my birthday! After my birthday was ruined last year by my now ex-husband, this cruise more than made up for last year! Having last traveled out of the U.S. in 2008 to go to Paris, being able to visit 4 different Caribbean nations in less than a week and a half was the best travel experience I've had since Paris! Additionally, I did more on this cruise than I've done in the past year, and even as a solo traveler, I had a truly amazing vacation!

Had a great time. First full ship since the pandemic and the crew did well accommodating everyone. Sadly the food was not up to Celebrity standards in my opinion but otherwise I would cruise the ship again.

Relaxing time. Food has to improve to get my repeat business.
